Dam Easy Titan
A modular aluminium panel system with compression seals, built between mounting posts. Panels are made to suit your opening and stack to the height you need.
Overview
The Titan is a heavier-duty, modular system. Mounting posts are fixed at the sides of the opening, and aluminium panels with moulded EPDM rubber seals drop in between them to form a wall. For wide spans, removable middle posts or bracing are added; corner posts and ground sleeves let it run around an area where there is no wall to fix to.
Once the posts are in place, one or two people can assemble it when a flood is forecast, then take it down and store the panels flat. Post positions and panel sizes are worked out at your site assessment.

A Titan install is made up from these parts. The mix depends on the width, height and layout we specify on site.

Aluminium panels
Anodised 6063-T5 aluminium panels that stack one on another to build the barrier height.

Wall-mounted side posts
Fixed at each side of the opening to hold the panels in place.

Middle posts and bracing
Removable middle posts or triangular bracing to support wide spans.

Corner posts and ground sleeves
For enclosed layouts that run around an area with no wall to fix to. Sleeves sit in the ground when not in use.

EPDM compression seals
Moulded rubber seals between panels and against the posts and ground.

Stainless fittings and side covers
304 stainless steel fasteners and brackets, with polypropylene side covers.
